Delivery & activation
Digital delivery for Creator Studio AI software purchases from Pannu Films. Last updated: 14 September 2026.
Activation within 24 hours: we complete activation after successful payment and receipt of the required machine details. The 24-hour period starts when both have been received.
1. Digital delivery
Creator Studio AI is delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped. Pannu Films supplies the installation and licence activation instructions through email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided for your order.
Payment is followed by manual verification and activation. The payment page does not automatically download the software or activate a licence.
2. Information needed for activation
After confirming your order and making the successful payment, send:
- Your name and a working email address or WhatsApp contact.
- The purchased plan and the payment reference or receipt.
- The required Machine ID details for the PCs covered by the order, following the instructions from Pannu Films.
Licences are verified against the relevant PC’s Machine ID and the licensing server. If required machine details have not yet been provided, the 24-hour activation period starts when those details are received, provided payment has succeeded.
3. Activate the software
Follow the supplied installation instructions on your Windows PC. When provided with your licence key, use the software’s Activate / Change License option and then Verify & Activate. An internet connection is required for verification against the licensing server and the PC’s Machine ID.
Keep the required browser and authorised third-party accounts available for the workflows you intend to use. Third-party subscriptions and account access are not included with the software purchase.
4. Delivery or activation help
If you have not received activation within 24 hours after successful payment and submission of the required machine details, contact us with your payment reference and the date you supplied the details:

Every software purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of payment, regardless of activation or use. See the software refund policy.
