Refund & cancellation

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers software purchases from Pannu Films, including Creator Studio AI plans and software credit purchases. It takes precedence for these purchases over the website’s general music-service refund terms.

Music distribution, promotion and other separately purchased services remain subject to their applicable service policies. This page does not change those policies.

2. Request a cancellation or refund

Send your request within 7 calendar days of the payment date using either contact below:

Include the purchaser’s name, payment date, payment reference or receipt, and the plan or credit purchase so we can identify the transaction. State that you wish to cancel the software purchase and receive a refund. The request date determines whether it falls within the 7-day window.

You can use the same process before activation or after activation. Activation and software use do not remove eligibility during the refund window.

3. Refund method and processing time

After we verify the purchase and confirm that the request was made within the 7-day window, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on payment provider and bank processing times.

The 7-calendar-day request window and the 7-to-10-working-day processing period are separate: a timely request remains timely while the refund is being processed.

4. Requests outside the window

If more than 7 calendar days have passed since payment, contact Pannu Films with your order details for assistance. This policy does not promise a refund outside the stated window.
