Software terms

1. Seller and product

The seller is Pannu Films. Creator Studio AI is Windows desktop software for media preparation, AI-assisted content workflows and YouTube publishing workflows. It is offered through the Pannu Digital website.

A software purchase does not include a music distribution service or an account with a third-party provider. Any separately arranged service requires its own confirmation.

2. Plan and payment confirmation

Before payment, contact us to confirm your plan, licensed PC allowance, validity period, included credits and final payable amount. The product page lists fixed-term plans in INR. Any applicable taxes are confirmed before payment.

Enterprise, Unlimited and Supreme plans require written terms and a quotation before purchase. A plan name alone does not define its duration, device allowance or credit entitlement.

Use the Pannu Films payment link for the amount confirmed for your order. Payment is followed by manual verification and activation.

3. Device-bound licence and activation

The software licence is verified against the relevant PC’s Machine ID and the licensing server. Use the software within the device allowance and validity of your purchased plan. Provide the required machine details so we can arrange the correct activation.

Activation is completed within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of the required machine details. Follow the installation and activation instructions supplied by Pannu Films. See the delivery and activation policy.

4. Operation credits

Included credits are software usage units. Different tasks consume different numbers of credits, as displayed in the application. Credits are not a promise of a fixed number of songs, videos, uploads or successful publishing outcomes.

Check the selected task’s displayed requirement before starting. Third-party provider charges, subscriptions, credits and account limits are separate from Creator Studio AI credits.

5. Accounts, content and service dependencies

You need a Windows PC, Google Chrome, an internet connection and the authorised accounts required for the workflows you choose. Use only accounts and channels that you own or are authorised to manage, and follow the applicable services’ terms.

You are responsible for the rights and permissions for the audio, artwork, text and other content you use or publish. Review generated output and publishing details before using them. Buying this software does not establish copyright ownership or grant rights to third-party content.

Connected services may impose limits or change their interfaces and availability. Pannu Films does not guarantee copyright eligibility, platform acceptance, views, revenue, monetisation or any particular creative or commercial result.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Every software purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 7 calendar days of payment, whether or not the software has been activated or used. A technical failure is not required.
