Pannu Films provides media management, content publishing, YouTube channel administration, video metadata management, thumbnail management, playlist management, cards and end screen management, and related digital content operations for owned and authorised channels.

Our systems and services are intended only for authorised users, employees, partners, contractors, clients, and approved representatives of Pannu Films.

Users must only manage content and channels they own or are authorised to manage.
Users must not upload, edit, or distribute content without proper rights or permissions.
Users must not misrepresent ownership, metadata, identity, or channel permissions.
Users must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems or connected accounts.

4. YouTube API Services

Certain features of Pannu Films use YouTube API Services for authorised content management and channel administration activities.

Authorised users may connect Google Accounts through OAuth 2.0 to perform permitted YouTube channel management operations, including video metadata management, thumbnail management, playlist management, cards, end screens, channel administration, and other authorised YouTube content management activities.

5. Privacy and Data

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any Google account access granted through OAuth is used only for authorised channel and content management operations as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Content ownership remains with the respective rights holders. Pannu Films receives only the permissions necessary to manage, publish, organise, edit, distribute, or administer authorised content and services.

7. Content and Platform Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that all content, metadata, thumbnails, playlists, cards, end screens, and channel activity comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, YouTube policies, Google policies, and platform guidelines.

8. Security

Users must protect their account credentials and connected Google accounts. Pannu Films takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect authorised access and operational data.

9. Suspension or Termination

Pannu Films may suspend or restrict access to services if misuse, unauthorised activity, policy violation, copyright concern, security risk, or unlawful activity is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pannu Films shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, platform-related, account-related, or third-party service losses arising from use of our services.
