We distribute music globally to 220+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and more. Services include ISRC/UPC codes, royalty collection, and storage.

We reserve the right to remove low-quality, hateful, or illegal content. No refunds will be provided for removed content.

6. Strike Policy
  1. 1st Strike: Warning
  2. 2nd Strike: 30-day suspension
  3. 3rd Strike: Permanent ban, IP block, and forfeiture of unpaid royalties
7. Account Verification (KYC)

Valid ID is required for payout processing. PAN/Aadhaar (India) or Passport (International).

8. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership. We get a non-exclusive global license to distribute your content.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30-day notice. Remove content and settle pending royalties.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" without warranties. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law. Arbitration via WIPO in English, venue: India.

12. Amendments

We may update terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes.
