Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before service work starts or before the release is submitted to partner platforms. Once distribution, moderation, upload, promotion, or platform submission work has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds

If a paid service cannot be started by Pannu Digital, the eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method. Fees for completed work, third-party charges, platform charges, and rejected content caused by incorrect customer material are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time.
